This role reports directly to the Executive Vice President, Global Business Development.
Role Overview
The Marketing Director will play a pivotal role in taking the brand to the next level. You will own the overall marketing strategy, strengthen brand positioning, and drive demand generation while building and leading a growing marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development
Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with growth and revenue goals
Define and track KPIs across brand, demand generation, and digital performance
Manage the marketing budget and report performance insights to leadership
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, Engineering, and Executive Leadership
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
Lead SEO and digital growth strategies to increase traffic, engagement, and conversions
Oversee HubSpot campaigns, automation workflows, segmentation, and lead scoring
Drive multi-channel lead generation across:
Paid search
LinkedIn advertising
Webinars
Email marketing
Analyze campaign performance and optimize future investments
Content Strategy & Brand Storytelling
Refresh and evolve brand messaging through compelling storytelling and thought leadership
Oversee creation of:
Blogs
Videos
Webinars
Case studies
Multimedia assets
Ensure consistent messaging across websites, campaigns, and partner channels
Website, Analytics & Performance
Own website strategy as a core demand generation and brand platform
Monitor performance using GA4, SEMrush, and HubSpot
Build dashboards to track web, social, and campaign metrics
Events & Partner Marketing
Develop and lead conference and event strategy aligned with sales objectives
Oversee booth design, messaging, and campaign integration
Collaborate with strategic partners on joint initiatives and co-branded content
Travel to key industry events (approximately 25–40%)
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and grow the marketing team as the function scales
Foster a collaborative, creative, high-performance culture
Provide structure through clear priorities, timelines, and accountability
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (advanced degree preferred)
8+ years of marketing experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Proven success delivering B2B marketing strategies
Experience in industrial, automation, or technical B2B environments (preferred)
Strong expertise in:
Digital marketing
SEO
Content strategy
Lead generation for long sales cycles
HubSpot proficiency (Salesforce a plus)
Adobe Suite experience (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) a plus
Strong creative and storytelling abilities
Collaborative, driven, and comfortable working cross-functionally
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
